Nurse Director Palliative Care

An exciting new leadership opportunity for a Nurse Director Palliative Care RN has become available with a community hospital in Washington State.

This community hospital in the Pacific North West is looking for a compassionate nurse leader to join their hospital s leadership team. The acute care facility offers a number of different services to the surrounding community including:

  • Surgical Services
  • Laboratory Services
  • Maternal Child Health
  • Emergency/ Trauma Services
  • Home Health and Hospice Care

The Nurse Director Palliative Care will be accountable for the overall operations of the Home Health and Hospice Department. They will work to develop departmental goals and objectives and collaborate with fellow multidisciplinary team members to deliver quality outcomes. The Nurse Director Palliative Care will provide both leadership and mentorship to staff within the Palliative Care and Home Health departments and work together improve patient care plans. Supported by the Nurse Manager Home Health, the Nurse Director Palliative Care will report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer CNO.
